Naga Munchetty has mentioned the demise of her cat Missy has left a “massive hole” in her heart.

The BBC Breakfast host shared her decline on social media, paying out tribute to her beloved pet.

Munchetty, 47, reported: “Claimed goodbye to our darling, sweet girl Missy yesterday.

“She may possibly have been smaller, but she was enormous in stature. The sweetest cat I have at any time beloved.

“She’s remaining a large hole in our hearts and house.”

The Television presenter and journalist – who life with her broadcast specialist husband of 17 several years James Haggar – has two other cats Bella and Xena.

She frequently posts picture of her feline pets on social media.

Munchetty – who competed in Strictly Come Dancing in 2016 – has been a host on BBC Breakfast since 2014.
