“Moo Moo is a sweet and gentle boy who tends to get very vocal when he wishes awareness,” stated the shelter, which also said that he’s “constantly up for a good rub or being held.”

The shelter extra, “He just loves to be brushed!” 

Moo Moo likes to slumber beneath, not in, his mattress — and enjoys to be brushed, according to ARF.  (ARF)

“He prefers to rest under his bed — not in it,” the shelter reported.
