Skye, Decorated Mountain Rescue Service Dog, Passes Away

Tributes have been paid to a person of the U.K.’s longest-serving mountain rescue canine who died at the age of 16.

Skye the Border Collie served with the Lake District Mountain Rescue Look for Dogs in northern England and took part in more than 200 lookups ahead of passing away on August 20. She served for 11 a long time in the Cumbria location ahead of retiring in 2020.
